Vibha Shah
Founder & CEOVibha founded RookiGuru on a simple belief: that every young person deserves access to the digital skills, AI tools and financial literacy that open doors to real opportunity — regardless of where they were born or what they can afford. A graduate in Commerce and Computers, she leads RookiGuru's strategy, content and vision from Houston.

Fenil Shah
Founder & Vice PresidentFenil brings a background in technology and business building to RookiGuru's leadership. As Founder and Vice President, he supports the initiative's mission and helps guide its direction alongside the board, with a particular focus on how RookiGuru grows and reaches the learners who need it most.

Ashwini Kumar
Board MemberAshwini is passionate about bringing AI and technology education to underserved students. As Global CEO of Vibha, an education nonprofit, she has spent 18 years scaling programmes that reach millions of children, and brings 20 years of technology leadership — including current work building regulated AI/ML products at Meta — along with deep experience in nonprofit governance.

Dr. Ravi Brahmbhatt
Board MemberDr. Brahmbhatt is an entrepreneurship professor at the University of Houston and an active investor and ecosystem builder in the Texas and global startup communities. He has advised hundreds of startups, supported new patents, and mentors emerging entrepreneurs. He holds an Ed.D.

Aasim Khan
Product ManagerAasim is RookiGuru's Product Manager. He works on the platform, the course catalogue and the day-to-day details of how learners find their way to the right course. Much of his focus is on making the experience work well on a basic smartphone, which is how most RookiGuru learners arrive.
